Refund Policy : Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund, minus a
$20 service fee. If it is deemed unsafe or impossible to operate the tour
due to weather, the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund will be provided, minus a $20 service fee. Every effort will be made to monitor weather and conditions closely in order to schedule the excursion on the best possible day!
